How can a new client book?
I ask that new clients please fill out the online consultation form and in some cases I may ask you to come for an in person consultation. Once we chat about your hair goals you can book and appointment and it will be approved soon after
Is consultation really free always?
Yes! I can usually get most of the information I need from the online form or a quick text conversation but even in person consultations are free!
What happens if I need to reschedule?
I completely understand that life happens However I do require all apointments to be confirmed or canceled 48 hours prior to your appointment time Failing to cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour window can result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your service No shows will not be able to rebook
Where can I park?
We have plenty of street parking or there are two $4 parking lots within a block of the salon. Please read street signs carefully for street cleaning days and parking limitations
Should I invest in at home care?
YEAH! Yes absolutely you should invest in salon quality at home hair care to help keep your hair as healthy as it can be and get the most out of your color services
